All Natus employees and contract workers,

The past few weeks have been unprecedented with the spread of COVID-19 and the rapid pace at how we’ve adapted.

We’re trying to keep employees healthy by limiting in-person interactions and requesting that employees who aren’t in production work remotely. Employee safety and meeting the needs of our patients are both extremely important priorities.

This is also a time to remember we are all part of a community – we need to do whatever we can to help one another. I am proud of how as a Natus community we have come together and in some cases have learned new skills – like working remotely.

While many businesses, Natus included, will feel the economic impact, remember that our patients and healthcare providers continue to need our products and services. We are in a very good financial position which allows us to strategically navigate an uncertain market.

We remain very confident in our business and our customers, and we believe that any virus related economic challenges facing us will be followed by a quick recovery.

We must continue to focus on achieving our long term objectives and ensure the most efficient use of our time and money.

I’m grateful for your focus, dedication and sacrifice to keep us operating around the clock and delivering the exceptional products and services that our customers have come to expect.

Working together we will get through this challenge and ultimately be better for it.
