We recognize the importance of mental health wellbeing and want to provide access to mental health care for our employees.

All Natus employees have access to confidential mental health services through Resources for Living. Your spouse or domestic partner, and your dependent children ages up to age 26 also have access to Resources for Living services at no cost to you regardless of the medical plan you’re enrolled in.

The mental health benefits include access to 10 EAP visits per issue per year (with unlimited issues). Read more below.

Plus, your medical provider also provides a number of resources to support both you and your family. They have free mental health and wellness programs for medical plan participants, online resources, tools to keep track of your progress and support for ongoing issues.

As you know, your mental health often depends on everything else going on in your life, the key is to adopt strategies for when tough times do arise so you have the tools to address the issues and keep moving forward. Think of how these aspects affect your mental health, some parts of the “wheel” may need more attention than others at different times of the year. As we discover how the pandemic impacts the greater world -- it also has a huge impact on our own social and emotional wellbeing, by utilizing the tools you have available to you through Natus including Resources for Living EAP and your medical plan provider, you can find the support you need during difficult times. 

Aetna Resources for Living is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is an additional resource to help you deal with any personal problems that might adversely impact your work performance, health, or overall well-being. 
 

The Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) through Aetna Resources for Living provides confidential counseling and referral services. The benefit includes up to 10 visits per issue per year (with unlimited issues).

Resources for Living also offers work-life services, including legal and financial counseling, elder care and child care referrals, and an extensive library of reference articles. They can help you find resources for:

  • Child care, parenting and adoption

  • Summer programs for kids

  • School and financial aid research

  • Care for older adults

  • Caregiver support

  • Special needs

  • Pet care

  • Home repair and improvement

  • Free 30-minute consultation for legal or financial services

Domestic violence is a widespread and complex issue. And it can affect anyone. Domestic violence doesn’t discriminate based on gender, race, economic status or sexual orientation.

But many people don’t know how to recognize the warning signs that a relationship is abusive. They don’t know what to do to stay safe. And they don’t know where to go for help.

Here are some resources and information to help you address domestic violence issues:
